1. About My Best Planner

My Best Planner is a personal planning and organization application that may include tools for:

• tasks
• projects
• calendars and appointments
• reminders
• notes and ideas
• household planning
• Weekly Reset planning
• printable planner pages
• AI-assisted planning suggestions

Features may be modified, added, or discontinued as the service develops.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate account information
• maintain the security of your login credentials
• notify us if you believe your account has been compromised
• take responsibility for activity occurring through your account

You may not access another user's account without authorization.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

My Best Planner may offer optional SMS planning reminders and account-related notifications.

By voluntarily providing your mobile number and explicitly opting in to SMS messaging, you agree to receive automated or manually initiated text messages related to the My Best Planner services you requested.

Message frequency varies depending on the reminders and notifications you choose.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to create an account, use My Best Planner, or purchase any product or service.

You retain ownership of content that you create or upload to My Best Planner.

You grant Gather & Create LLC a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit that information only as necessary to provide and operate My Best Planner.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload any content you provide.

6. My Best Planner Intellectual Property

Except for user-created content, My Best Planner and its associated software, branding, graphics, layouts, written materials, logos, planner designs, and downloadable materials are owned by Gather & Create LLC or used with permission.

Unless a separate license is provided, downloadable planner materials are for personal use only.

You may not commercially resell, redistribute, reproduce, or claim My Best Planner materials as your own without written permission.

7. AI-Assisted Features

My Best Planner may provide AI-assisted suggestions related to planning, organization, task prioritization, or projects.

AI-generated information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your circumstances.

AI suggestions are not professional advice.

You are responsible for deciding whether to act on them.

8. No Professional Advice

My Best Planner is an organization and planning tool.

It does not provide professional:

• medical advice
• mental-health advice
• legal advice
• financial advice
• tax advice
• emergency services

Seek an appropriate qualified professional when professional advice is needed.

9. Availability and Changes

We work to keep My Best Planner available and functioning, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• maintenance
• updates
• technical failures
• third-party service interruptions
• security events
• circumstances outside our control

Features may change as the product develops.

10. Beta and Early Access

You may stop using My Best Planner at any time.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gather & Create LLC, its owner, contractors, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use My Best Planner.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer laws require otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as My Best Planner changes.

The effective date will be updated when revisions are made.

Continued use of the service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
